Annie Sullivan is Helen Keller's mentor and teacher as she grows up.Sullivan is partially blind and she was educated at the perkins institute for the blind.In terms of her character she was patient and loving with Helen and she loves to teach Helen about the world,whether that was through academic or more abstract life lessons that come from being immersed in nature.Annie had the capacity to help Hellen connect with nature.
