Dear sir/madam,
I am writing this letter to you in order to get my complaint registered in your department. This laptop no. KX34455381 was sold to meet two weeks ago with a warranty of 30 days. I am writing this letter to inform you of my utter disappointment in a laptop I purchased from your outlets 10 days back. I have been using the laptop since I purchased and, and, to my utter shock, it has developed numerous issues just within 10 days of purchase.
I request you to kindly replace the laptop with a new one which does not have similar issues. Since i have started using this more frequently, it has been acting weird due to many snags. It shuts down on its own, it heats up very quickly, it gets stuck. I am not at all satisfied with its performance and would like you to either repair this item or replace it as per your policy.
