I hope you are doing well. I'm writing this email to show my dissatisfaction with the way you deal with the passenger's luggage.
On my trip to London, unfortunately, I lost my luggage. I was informed that my luggage has been misplaced and I will receive it within less than 24 hours. But it's been more than two days since I have not received my luggage. This is really disappointing.
My entire trip was spoilt just because of your negligence.
Now I just want the full refund of my luggage amount.
