I wanted to report you about my phone . My phone which i bought on 8th may isnt working so well as i excepted it to be . Its not properly working up to my exceptation . The network is bad , the internet isnt working. I want to return back my phone. I have all the bills just pls take care that next time it doesnt happens.

Dear Sir,

                 This letter is written to draft a complaint about a phone which was bought by me from your store last week. This new model of Samsung Galaxy has an extremely poor quality of camera. The main feature of this mobile is crystal clear quality of camera, but the phone which I got lacks this feature.

            Hoping for a positive reply letter soon in which I want you to mention the reason for this. Return back my money or give me an exchange opportunity with better deals of mobiles.
