I bought a Luminous Inverter (UPS-LB) 600 VA Reg. No.B3DL3L in May 2008 with the Serial No. BS-IV-32285612.
My inverter is not working properly as charge gets lost even after eight hours of regular charging.
Moreover, the water is also leaking from the unit.
For the problem, I had lodged a complaint on 15/12/2008 vide complaint No.276800.
Till today, i.e. on 22/12/08 no technician has visited for attending to the defect.
I humbly request you to take it on an urgent basis and help me in getting it repaired at the earliest.
