Practice makes a man perfect!
No one is child born genius. It is dependent on your hard work , intelligence(which comes from knowledge and practice in that era) and your interest.
If you ask anyone or any genius why are you smart then he definitely tells that it just because of his determination and handwork.
When anyone hear the word genius than one personality comes into our mind, Famous physicist Albert Einstein. We say that he has some special in his mind , may be he has . He has great quality of thinking and imagining power than others.
He himself says that “Genius is 1% talent and 99% handwork”.
Why there is one like Einstein even some has IQ more than him. They are not said to be genius like Einstein. Difference is hardwork.
Actually all people have almost same IQ or same brain what makes the difference is there hardwork.

- I would like to speak for the motion is because it is proven several times to us that one just does not need to be intelligent to do something in life or achieve, if you are intelligent and do not have the motivation to and put in the hard work one cannot achieve anything in life.
- Hard work paves the way to success in life because if we have the right amount of motivation and if we truly want to achieve our goal we will eventually put in much more hard work and if we just think we are intelligent enough to get the success then we should remember that we need to do something more to stand out of the crowd of the intelligent and that's hard work and the right set of motivation.
