Some people think that studying is more important than sports or games but I strongly disagree there are many reasons for this and they include that it can be used as a reward, games can help you to stay focused and because they help you to enjoy working.My first strong point is that games can be used as a reward. If a student is doing well in class they could be rewarded by being able to play a game. This will encourage them to keep trying their hardest and therefore be doing better work during class. People may say that the kids will rush through the work so that they get right to the reward. If they do that, you could not give them the reward. That would be using the game as a punishment.
Secondly, it helps kids to stay focused when working in the classroom. If you sit in a room all day doing work you will start to get bored and you will get very sleepy. This won’t help to concentrate very much. But if you move around and play a game or sport, it will make you happier.
