A Visit to Calcutta Zoo
- It was a memorable visit to the Calcutta Zoo, formally known as the Zoological Garden of Alipore. I went there with the parents previous year.
- I saw many predators such as the Royal Bengal Tiger, Asiatic lion, African lion, jaguar, leopard and wonderful runners like fallow deer, swamp deer, Indian muntjac, sambar deer etc. The long neck giraffes and saltwater crocodiles were majestic to watch. We could see a number of birds such as ostrich, Indian peafowl, black swan etc.
- But one thing which hurt me the most was those poor caged creatures. They all deserve to wander freely in their own wild territories.

Answer:
Well, I would say that going out with your family is the best time you ever spend. Whenever I have leisure time then I like to spend quality time with my family. Last week, I went to ……. City. It is about 100 KM away from my home and It is a huge city with a number of leisure activities one can enjoy. My parents, my wife and I went together to visit this beautiful city. First, we went to see the history museum where numerous incidents of independence have been depicted through images which were really fascinating to learn about historical events. After that, we went to the Rock Garden. In this park, all sculptures are built using trash. I took a lot of photographs to capture images of artefacts. We spent 2 hours inside the part. Lastly, we went to the lake, where we enjoyed boating and ate snacks at a corner shop. This was a really wonderful experience for me. My parents were over the moon because they never got a chance to visit such beautiful places. In the evening, we came back to our home.
