This day celebrated on Birthday of our first prime minister jawaharlal nehru who was also known as charcha nehru.
Children day participate in various activities like singing, dancing, painting, drawing ,quizzes , storytelling, fancy dress ,debates etc. Children day celebrated many ways especially in school events are arranged to rejoice children's day and several kinds of competition are conducted. At this festival children are made knowledgeable of their rights and responsibilities. Picnic and various sports activities are arranged to hosts small children.
