"Surya Sen was the head of the Chittagong armoury revolutionary group. He had brought revolutionaries together such as Anand Singh Ganesh ghost Kalpana Dutta Preeti Lata Wadekar with his assistants.

The Chittagong armour raid is referred as the Chittagong uprising, In an attempt on 18th April 1930 by Indian army fighters led by Surya Sen to raid the armour of the police and auxiliary focus of the Chittagong armour in the Presidency of Bengal in British India (now known as Bangladesh)."
