Answers
A dialogue between Anna hajare and the prime minister of India on the issue of corruption:
Anna Hazare: Hello! I am tired of fighting the malaise of corruption eating into the fabric of this nation of Gandhi.
PM: Oh don’t worry. Fights and protests are necessary to cure a patient in declining health.
Anna Hazare : ah, there you are. You do agree that our mother is suffering.
PM: Yes. I do. But suffering can be cured with initiatives in the right direction. If there are thieves, there is police to catch them. If there is night, there is a day anna. We should have a positive attitude.
Anna Hazare: I need people to support me, my boy. I am an old man. How long do you think this mother of mine can bear the burden of a deteriorating son.
PM: oh, as long as you wish. Don’t think of quitting. I am with you.So are my supporters. When we can build a Gangayan, why can’t we build a nation based on justice for all, free from corruption.
Anna Hazare: good thoughts. May they be realised soon.
PM: Thank you.
