F: oh son i remember there was a announcement made that there will be power cut for 2 hrs S: oh no how will i study at night F: we cant do anythinh dear if i call the authorities they will have only the some excuse that they have to provide electric to all regions. S: how i will read??? F: nothing happens dear you can cope up. S: yes dad i will. f: thats my boy

suddenly a powercut! 
son- papa what happened?
father - OH! now i remember it was announced that there will be a frequent power cut for 5 hours!
son - aaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!  i missed my favourite show i like it so much
son- WELL, father why there is always a frequent power cut in our area? should not we complain about this matter ?
father- yes,Son. i and my friends living in this area will write an application so that they will stop all this and we would not get any more powercuts!
THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS  AND AFTER THAT EVERYTHING GOES RIGHT AND THEY WOULD NOT HAVE ANY MORE FREQUENT POWER CUTS
