Grandfather: Son, why don't you try meditating or yoga? yoga is the best for reducing stress.
Grandson: I hate yoga. My hips and shoulders gets dislocated and aches.

Grandfather: (Laughs) Vrikshasana....that is the tree pose.
Grandson: Umm....how do we do that?
Grandfather: It is very simple. Join your hands together. Raise it. Keep your left foot on your roght thigh and meditate. Soon slowly release your hands and legs.
Grandson: Wow!! I guess yoga isn't that bad then. Sure, I'll try this at home.
