Here is what to do while writing a dialogue between a restaurant manager and an angry customer:

  • Imagine the situation
  • Imagine yourself to be one of the two people in the conversation.
  • List out the keywords according to the tone of the person.
  • List out keywords that the other person might use in response.
  • Write it out using linking words.  

Points to use:

  • Keywords for the waiter- sorry, embarrassing, apologise, replace the soup, free coupons for the future,
  • Keywords for the customer- demand, complain, food inspector, hygiene, fine(penalty)
