Write a diary entry about an accident you have witnessed on a dogs

I was returning from my tuition when I saw a dog being hit by an car.
It was a horrible sight.
it wasn't the dogs fault but the person driving the car.
I felt helpless...... I couldn't save it.
no matter how much I regret now...... it will not save its life.
but.... 1 thing I can do is to punish that person who has done this accident.
Even animals have right to live.... and they are equal to us.
we cannot say that Humans are above all the creatures.
Sometimes, people may cheat us but Dogs are always loyal to us....... and people who hurt these animals should be punished.
