Dear Diary:
Today I attended a grade 12 career guidance workshop. The resource person, Mr. Upen Sharma was a greatly learned personality. He gave a detailed talk on the career options available after +2. The best thing about the talk was his motivational pragmatism. He advised all the students to pursue only that career that they had aptitude for. He admonished against complying to the parents’ choice of career. I feel many of my doubts have cleared after attending the workshop. I will now pursue my career in software engineering, instead of mechanical engineering, which is my father’s favorite. I thank God for making me attend today’s career guidance workshop. That’s all dear diary. I will open you tomorrow night. Bye.

Today I attended a career counselling workshop at YWCA.The councellers informed about various
career options after class 12.According to me it is very important for everyone because it opens many new options for us that we may not be aware about.
It was a very useful session.We were
given book as a guide for any other query.
