Dear Diary:
I am exceedingly ecstatic today. My dream to participate in the school athletic meet has come true. I have worked and prayed for this moment for a long time. My first and foremost thanks goes to God. My second thanks is to my parents; and my third thanks to myself. I have been sweating day and night for so many days. My hard work and dedication to the game improved my game. My journey has just begun. I take a pledge that I won’t stop making efforts. I will bring the school and family laurels. I will stun the world with my performances.
