Dear Diary

Today is Republic Day. As it was a holiday the nearby medical trust held a blood donation camp. I also went to the camp. This was my first visit to a blood donation camp. I found that there were a number of enthusiastic young men who liked to help the sick by donating blood. They were healthy well built individuals who cared for their fellow beings.

It was very inspiring to see how joyfully people came together for a good cause. The doctors and the nurses were also very polite and loving. They went about doing their work cheerfully.

It is so nice to see that there are good people who work for the welfare of society.
