What a dreadful day!!!
Yesterday I had to stay all alone at home just because the airplane had arrived in which my uncle was travelling. My parents had to go to airport to pick him up from their. I also wanted to go to the airport but it was my fault. Mom and Dad were already late and they couldn't wait for me to get ready. So they left me all alone in the house by locking the main door. I couldn't even go out of the house.
Then I got an idea. I took out my phone from my bag. But to my great surprise it was switched off. I had not charged it after they had gone. This was again my misfortune I had to wait for its charging. Then I took the Tv remote and switched on the Tv. But again my misfortune. It showed "signal not found" . What was that for now. It wasn't raining that heavily but it was raining. This irritated me alot.
Defeated, I marched towards my bedroom and opened my books and started studying. That was the least thing I could do.
After half an hour my Mom Dad came with my uncle. And I thanked god that they had arrived at last.
I pray that this type of situation may not come in my life again

Dear Diary,
Today I feel quite sad. When I got up early at 6 a.m, it seemed to be just like any other day, normal, dull with no excitement. I got ready for school and took my breakfast but at about 8.30 it started raining. The rainfall gradually increased around 9. It was raining heavily that roads got blocked. Around 9.15, I got a call from my class teacher regarding the class cancellation for a rainy day. Then I went to the kitchen and helped my mom with cooking. Then I watched my favourite cartoon for an hour and at noon, I went to my room. I was getting bored so I started playing pubg. I was so into the game that I couldn't realise it was already evening. My parents called me for evening snacks. I didn't pause there. I kept on playing the game. I didn't realise that it was already dinner time. My parents again called for me. This time I had to stop. When I reached the dining table, my parents burst out because I was still on my phone. Dad was completely mad at me for getting addicted to the phone. I felt sad and I realised my mistake. Later I apologised for my behaviour and dad made a chocolate milkshake for me.
