Dear Diary,
I can't tell you what an amazing day I have had! I have just come back from the bird sanctuary. Paayal and I had such a fun time together! We started from school at 6:00 am in the morning as the sanctuary was a little far away. We reached there by 8. We were then given refreshments by our teachers. After that, we were allowed to roam around the sanctuary and come bak near the bus by 2 o'clock for lunch. We were given a task as well! We were supposed to spot at least 5 different species of birds and gather information about them. The sanctuary had boards that explained each kind, so all we had to do was recognize them. We were so involved in the activity that we forgot all about coming back. Once we did, we came back to the bus, had our lunch and was taken on a safari ride by the teachers. It was such a fun day!
I really hope that they'll take us there once more.
