Dear Brother,
I hope you must have reached ABC quite safe and sound. Our beloved mother had a serious heart attack on the day , you reached ABC. She was washing the clothes, when she felt pain in her chest. She cried with pain and came to the bed room for rest. Fortunately, I was at home. I rushed to Dr. ABC who attended her. He gave first medical aid to her. Then we took her to the hospital where she was properly treated and looked after by a team of expert doctors. Now-a-day, she is taking complete rest. She is feeling much better now. You should pray to God for her complete recovery. At home, sister has taken complete charge of the kitchen. We do not feel any discomfort at home. Please convey my regards to uncle and aunt.

Dear Brother
As you know mum had to be admitted to the hospital recently. Her condition worsened for several days. But two weeks back her condition seemed to be better. The pain had vanished but not entirely.
Physicians are expecting that mum would be cured soon. So you don't need to worry. You may come to see her. We shall continue to keep you in touch with mum's condition.
