निसर्ग म्हणजे सृष्टी. पृथ्वी, पाणी, अग्नी, वायू व आकाश या पंचतत्त्वांनी बनलेली सृष्टी. या निसर्गाचे व मनुष्याच नात अगदी त्याच्या जन्मापासूनचे असते. मनुष्याच जन्म याच निसर्गाच्या पंच तत्त्वातूनच होतो. व त्याच पंचतत्त्वात विलीन होतो. तेव्हा आपले व निसर्गाचे नात अतूट नाही का आहे. आपण या निसर्गात जन्म घेतो, वाढतो, व शेवटी विलीन होतो. आणि म्हणूनच या निसर्गाच जतन करणे ,पोषण करणे त्याची वृद्धी करणे हे आपले कर्तव्य आहे.
