We can spread happiness in the world by simple steps.

if you see anyone sad or mood off talk to them or approach them. Give them hope and motivate them. we may not help them in their problem but atleast we can give them hope and motivate them. by doing so they feel I can then later on u see them in a state where their joy is boundless.happiness comes from hope. don't expect anything from anyone. live ur life happily and appreciate small things in life. happiness shouldn't be outside. we have to have inner peace and happiness too. give importance to important things in life. never give up. happiness is found in the tiny things too.
