7. While on a holiday recently, you and your family spent a week at a hotel. However, the poor facilities and the rude behaviour of the hotel staff made your stay very unpleasant. Write a letter of complaint to the manager of the hotel, expressing your feelings of annoyance, and suggesting what could be done to improve the services provided by the hotel.

Greetings,
I would like to bring this to your notice that the service I received during my stay at your hotel in Bangaluru, during my business trip was very unsatisfactory and disappointing. Considering how renowned the hotel chain is, I did not expect this at all. The facilities were malfunctioning, and the staff behaviour was not courteous, rather very rude.
Kindly take responsibility of such matters by renovating and making your hotel services updated and educating the hotel staff a little better. This kind of an experience at a five star hotel is unacceptable.
