The purpose of this letter is to highlight the issues faced by the sports fraternity that India. As you might be aware that India has some of the best age group talent, but they tend to fade away by the time they mushroom.
A lot has got to do with the lack of infrastructure and shortage of quality coaches. It is better if we have skilled coaches who can tap the potential so that a brain fade does not occur.
