This is to bring to your notice that our colony does not have a good play area. You must be aware of the fact that there are many young children in our colony. It is very important for children of this age to play for at least an hour every day to keep themselves fit.
However, due to lack of a proper play area, they spend most of their free time watching television. This can have a negative impact on them. As an inhabitant of the colony, I have a small suggestion to make. There is a big empty ground in the first street that is currently being used as a garbage dumpyard. It would be a good idea to convert this place to a playground. Part of the ground can also be converted into a park for the younger children.
I request you to look into this issue and do the needful at the earliest. If what I suggested makes sense to you, please talk to the Councillor of the area and take the steps to change a dumping ground to a playground. This will be beneficial to all of us, and also keep us free of illness due to the garbage accumulation.
