His eyes are bleeding tears. “Mama, I hear noises again.”
“Hush, Dear. You need to sleep.” I pat his head absentmindedly. I’ve grown tired of this nightly routine, and the book I was reading calls to me from the next room with its promise of a surprise ending.
“But I’m scared!”
“This is the last time I’m going to tell you!” The sharp words startle us both, and I reshape my voice to cradle him instead. “It’s your imagination, Sweetie. We all hear things when we’re kids.”
“Even you?”
“Of course. Everyone does.”
I go through the motion of tucking the covers around him once more and stand to leave, but his small hand pulls me back. “What did you hear when you were little?”
“Nothing really.”
“But you said — ”
Annoyed, I spout, “Footsteps and voices. And when I screamed for my parents, they didn’t hear me — didn’t come.”

dark, extreme dark night, nobody's home, alone only you and me, a voice cracked up in the basement, I ran towards the basement, and I saw nothing, no-one was there, even light wasn't there, it's 3:07 am, you went to sleep but I kept roaming in basement to clean it, as it was full of dust, a sound cracked up again, i got the sudden urge to see what's there... and I saw a mirror, I can't keep my eyes off from it gazing myself, slowly my reflection started changing, my eyes wasn't there nor my nose nor even mouth in my reflection... something hitted me at back of my head, and I fainted, now after I woke up, my reflection was out of the mirror and every scream was saying "GUESS WHAT, YOUR FACE IS GONE, YOU CAN'T SPEAK, NOR SEE ANYMORE, ARE YOU AFRAID? ARE YOU MAD? IT'S NOT BAD"
and then my reflection came towards me and spoke "GUESS WHO AM I? I'M YOU AND YOU ARE ME!" and then it started sewing my eyes socket and mouth and my nose was gone...
3 years passed....
