Dear Rahul
I wanted to write a letter to you to formally thank you for your help during my Illness. Since I got malaria almost a month back, I could not eat, sleep or walk properly. I was weak and was trying all the medication I could. My parents were worried about my health but I was really worried about my education because I know if I could study or get notes in this last month, it would become difficult for me to give the exams and get into Medical College.
You brought clear and excellent notes for me every week, which helped me to stay abreast of the class and what was being taught now. I will be coming back to school very soon, I feel better now, and I also feel confident since I feel I did not miss anything taught in the class.
You really are a true friend and I will always been thankful to you

I earnestly want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being available for me during exam time and helping me with my studies. I appreciate the time you have taken from your busy schedule and making me understand by clearing all concepts in my studies.
As you know I was sick just before the exam month and I missed our classes. I was not in sync with the classroom studies and which made me lose my confidence in my studies. The first name that came to my mind was yours where I was very much sure that you will never say no to me in my bad times. It was only because of you that I was able to confidently appear for the exams and clear the same with good marks.
