Salutation,
Hope this letter finds you in the best of your health and happiness. I am well here. My studies are going well too. I am writing this letter to apprise you that there was a cricket match against our neighboring school. You would be glad to know that we won the match. I was the captain of my team. First of all, our opppnent won the toss and choose batting first. They batted dangerously and gave us a challenging target of 343 runs in 20 overs. I took a hatrick. One bold, one LBW and another one catch out. Then, came our batting in the second innings. Near the end of the game, the probability of their victory was more than ours. I scored 77 runs and was still alive and 25 more runs were needed in one over for our victory. Both the teams were anxious but then, at the last ball 4 more runs were needed for our victory. Everyone's anxiety increased, anything might happened at the last moment but I hit a sixer and made 27 runs in that over and achieve a century and I was declared as the man of the match. Thus, we won the match and recieved the champion's trophy. Everyone including the principal of our school was proud of me and was appreciating me for my performance.
Convey my regards to my grandfather.
Hope to meet you soon in the coming vacation.

Dear Grandmother
How are you doing? I am fine here and hope the same happiness and health for you. Today I am writing this letter to tell you about an exciting boys' cricket match that took place between our school team and another school team on our campus.
The other team lost the toss and we decided to bat first. We played well and gave them a challenging target of 167 runs in 30 overs. They didn’t lose hope and decided to give their best. The audience and our other batchmates also cheered us up and we started with our balling. Although they lost three wickets soon but also managed to almost chase up the score but lost the match. We won the Champions Trophy. The Principal and the teachers and other staff and nonteaching staff of the school appreciated our performance and congratulated us.
I will tell you everything in detail when well meet. Looking forward to meeting you soon. Pay my regards to my parents and love for Ashwini.
Your loving granddaughter
