Vegetation diet includes things like vegetables, fruits and milk. They shouldn't include egg, fish or meat.

Some of the people say that there's no benefit of being a vegetarian but they are totally wrong do you know we have less danger of big diseases by being vegetarian than by being a non vegetarian.

Let me tell you the benefit of being a vegetarian:-

One of them is milk it is advised by doctors that we should take milk from when we are born till when we die. But have you ever heard that is it compulsory to eat non - veg? No. (yes some rare cases of being sick are different)

So vegetarian food have a lot of benefits that are mentioned above in short they are there is a less chance of being sick, they are compulsory and they would keep us fit.
