Exercise is the best medicine. It makes us fit and keeps our blood regulated nicely to each and every part of our body. It keeps our muscles healthy fit and fine.
We all have heard of a most popular phrase that is "No work and no play makes Jack a dull boy". This phrase is a nice explanation to why we should exercise. We would become dull.
There are a lot of benefits. Our body functions work nicely and we would be fit and fine. Our weight would also be to the normal leave and it is scientifically observed that those who exercise daily have low risk of diseases like heart diseases and others.
Those who have the genetic diseases and other diseases who are developed by themselves be in control with exercise and yes it is also good for children's to exercise so that they would be fine and fit and the diseases can be less.

Exercise increases physical strength, health is fine. Man can earn money but he can not get health from that money. By exercising, the body becomes light and nimble. Enlargement increases and digestion power is strong. Stones and bones are fixed. The brain develops because a healthy brain resides in a healthy body.
