This is to inform you that our Municipality needs a wake up call,as private appeals to their office have had no effect.Since the last five months Captain Joshi Road has been almost impassable.The surface is badly broken up by heavy rains,and on a dark night it is positively dangerous for cars or two wheelers to pass that way.It is unreasonable that we should be inconvenienced in this way for months,I hope this letter will bring pressure on those responsible and the road may be put in thorough repair without further delay.
