through your newpaper i want to bring to light that the government shall impose a fine of rupees 1000/- on anyone whose seen throwing garbage in public places . the action of throwing the garbage in a public place can make the people sick , mosqitoes can breed in these places which is very bad and dangerous . the fine of 1000 will be a good amount and people will not litter anymore ,it is better to not litter the place and not being sick rather than having to give a lot of money to the hostpital to get treated. ihope that this issue can be brought into light
