The reason I am writing this letter is that last month I bought a Samsung LED TV from your reputed shop. With a warranty of two years, I made the full payment at the time of purchase. Initially, for some days, it was working fine. We were happy and satisfied with our purchase of the TV set. But just after 20 days, the screen started to be hazy. The sound effect is a plus and unfortunately, the TV set you delivered is found defective. The power is automatically sometimes getting cut off. We tried to adjust the settings but it went in vain. Nothing happened. Now we cannot make it on. And yesterday, in no way, it did get switched off.
Even some other features are not working properly. Also, some buttons on the remote are not working.
Therefore, it's my humble request you kindly consider the matter and arrange for the replacement of the faulty TV set at the earliest as it is under guaranteed coverage and causing inconveniences. I have a strong belief in your service quality. I hope to receive a quick response from your end.
