Respected Sir,

Subject : Complaint about the bus tour from Delhi to Agra.

           I wish to bring to your notice that the bus tour arranged by your bureau, from Delhi to Agra is not functioning properly. Two days back I bought the expensive tickets for the tour and had high hopes of enjoying a luxurious tour.

           Unfortunately, that day the bus was late due to some unavoidable reasons, I was told. After that when I sat in the bus, the passenger next to me had a pet with him and he kept disturbing me. When I asked the conductor to help, he said that he had no right to interfere with the passengers.

           Besides this, the airconditioner was not working and I had to travel in a hot and sultry bus. The bus did not stop at all the places of interest in Agra. So it was only a partial visit to the main historical places. I returned home quite disappointed.

           I humbly request you to look into the matter and do the needful to make the tour more enjoyable.
