Respected sir,
SUBJECT: to make you aware of the broken trees blocking the road and leading to electricity problem
sir we are all aware with the continous rains from 3 days in our area and as a result of this heavy rain many huge trees have fallen down in our locality .these broken trees are blocking the road and creating a lot of problem for the people to drive and is also dangerous in the night time as the tree cannot be seen in the dark and can take way to many accidents
Not only blocking the road these broken trees are alsob creating electricity problems .Due to this broken trees there is a power cut for more than 10 hours everyday and you know how difficult it is to stay without electricity .We wanted to bring to bring this to your notice as soon as possible because there are a lot of infants and elderly people in our area and all this may cause a great issue in case of any emergency
we request you to take this matter seriously and solve the problem as soon as possible
