Subject: Poor quality false promises
Sir:
Quite regrettably I am bringing to your notice the poor standard of services provided to you customers by your agency. Your company promises heaven but delivers hell in reality. I myself am the victim of your duping. I bought a five day six night package from your agency at the whopping cost of Rs. 45000/- for Kerala. At the booking I was assured I would get 4 star lodging, boarding, and luxurious transport facilities. However, I was deeply aggrieved at the sub-standard and low quality of the facilities provided. Neither the hotels were 4 star, nor the food was up to the mark. As far as the transport facilities provided, the least said the better.
I appeal to you to stop duping your customers as it tarnishes the image of the local people. You are responsible for the inconvenience faced by the tourists; not the local people of the places where you send your customers for travel. I have already complained against you to the central Tourism Ministry. I hope you will mend your ways to avoid being brought to justice.
