Sir,

Subject:  Concern about Poor Condition of Public Library

With full respect, I would like to draw your attention to the dismal condition of public library. This is a big concern for people who like to read, who like to go library and especially it is a big concern for students.

Public library is really in a bad condition lights in there are so dim that it's hard to study. Also system for the air passes and cooling the area is not well maintained. Sitting availability is less than the people who visit there, walls paint are in there bad condition and whole library is smelled because of it.

I'm writing this letter to you because this matter is out of our tolerance now. Everyone in the city is very troubled with this. I hope that the concerned authorities must look into the matter seriously and must take some prompt and necessary action to overcome this problem. And if the problem will be solved its credit will be goes to you. I am waiting for your response.

Yours truly,

X.Y.Z

I hope my answer will help you.

Sir,

\bold{\underline{Dismal~Condition~Of~Library}}

I am a member of your library and often visit the library for reading various books. I have gone through almost every book of your library. Truly, they are very good and contain great content as well as teach us a lot.

The only thing I feel bad about is the dismal condition of your library. The entire premise needs to be renovated and painted. Also, the condition of books should be improved. It is true that the content of books is great but first impression is always the last impression. Many people don't open and read some books just because of its torn papers and bad condition.

I would really be grateful to you if the above mentioned problems will be resolved at the earliest.

Yours faithfully,

Prince
