Dear Sir,

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀It is more than a week now that the overflowing and awfully stinking garbage cans near our building have not been cleared. Residents walk through the area with their noses covered. Imagine must be the condition of the patients in the nearby hospital. The leared garbage, besides causing a nuisance, poses a serious health hazard to the people of this locality.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I request you to take prompt action and to see to it that the garbage is cleared immediately. The residents of the locality did not complain to rou earlier as they expected your department to realise its basic civic obligations, and wake up to its duty. As the right to a clean environment is a basic human right, we hope you will do the needful without any further delay.
