Sir:
I am writing to your esteemed self to express my deep concern over the increasing crime rate in our City, and the police’s lackadaisical approach to the gravity of the situation. The incidents of thefts, jewellery and purse snatching, mobile snatching, eve-teasing, and vandalism are on the increase. There is an atmosphere of insecurity and fear in the entire locality. People don’t dare to go out after the dark.
We the residents of the city have lodged a written complaint with the local Police Station in which we requested the SHO for permanent patrolling by the cops during the evening. In spite of our repeated complaints, no action has been taken. Kindly put some cops on permanent duty across the capital, especially at night. The patrolling of the police should be more often. These measures can really help improve the situation. I hope you will look into the matter. Thanking you.

Respected Sir,
I am resident of (address of residence), Gandhi Nagar. I am living in Gandhi Nagar from past 10 years. I want to draw your attention to some issues which need to be revealed to you. I know that now a days police department has awakened and is working day and night for which I salute you and your department. But I feel that working day and night is not curbing the criminal activities. In our society, last year there was one case of theft and after one year, there were five. Still no one has been caught for these crimes. Moreover, girls are being stalked and people think that 'stalking hi to hai' but I want to ask, why even stalking? Why still the criminals are still motivated and why there is increase in number of unfavourable incidents? I just want answers to this questions.
