This is to bring to your notice that the two electric guitars that I had bought from your shop have started to malfunction. The sound quality has reduced and one of them even has a crack on the front. These were bought on 10th and it is disappointing to see such problems within very few days of use. My bill number is ASU879. It was billed under the name of Miss. Divyanki Gupta. We have been faithful customers and have trusted you. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and replace the pieces or provide suitable servicing.
