With due respect, I beg to state that I am working as a government employee in Shakti Nagar, Kanpur. Recently, I have been transferred from Ghonda, Delhi. now I live at house No. 213, Shakti Nagar ,Kanpur . My previous ration card comprising of 5 members in enclosed herewith .

I am sure sir , your goodself will issue me a new ration card with a view to to enable me to get ration for the current month .
