Throughout my career I had not availed a single leave on behalf of any reason so far. You can check my leave record and quality of work done by me.
Now the need arises and I am in need of leave for two days due to my my grandfather’s illness. He is critically sick and I have to take him to hospital to get him admitted for checkup. The appointment time is of 9am sharp, and neither I’m aware how long will it take.
Therefore, I request you to kindly grant me leave for two days. I shall remain obliged and grateful.
