Subject: Pick pocketing incident at our branch.
I am writing this letter to bring your attention to this important issue of pick pocketing incident at your bank branch, i was standing in line to pay mu college fees as it was a busy day there were a lot of people in the bank, as my turn was about to come i reached for my pocket to take out ash from my wallet but i happened to realize it was taken from my pocket. It included my college semester fees and some other important documents i reported this issue this security and requested them to watch the CCTV cameras footage to find the culprit but turns out the cameras in that area were not working properly.
Sir i request you to take some strict measures so this incident wont happen to any one again.
