Hope you are having a good day. I just want to complain about the absence of street lights in our neighborhood. I also just want to inform you that there are a lot of suspicious bystanders in our place at night.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible Mr. Mayor. I and my neighbors have been stressing out about this matter for almost a month.
