write a letter to a agriculture minister on the the uses of chemical fertilizers can be harmful

Dear Agriculture Minister,
     While chemical fertilizers may help the garden as a whole, each plant is slowly being killed, along with the planet. These chemicals enter the sewers and the streams, making its way into our water. Not only are we exposed to this, but the animals are as well. The plants would slowly be dying, and the creatures that drink the water are as well. 
     Even though the fertilizer may appear to help the plants, but it does much more harm than good--- especially since this chemically-infused water is going back into the roots of these plants.
