Dear Sir/madam,
I am writing this letter to you as a concerned member of our society. There is a need for some form of accountability and monitoring when it comes to the behavior of our local bus drivers.
Many people ride the bus and often face the issue of rude bus drivers and conductors in public buses. They do not treat regular people with respect and instead think that they can talk in anyway possible just because they are government employed. This is an unfair practice, i.e. why I wanted to complain to you.
In rural areas there aren't many ways to travel which is why we need some help.
