A letter to a person who forget his personal and important documents in a journey:

No.28,

Public street,

Chennai.

29th January 2020

Ram

No.56 B-block,

Abc apartments,

Chennai.

Subject: your lost documents

Respected sir,

Like last week you traveled from Delhi to Chennai on the train, you may know me as I was next to your seat. You forgot to take your one of the documents from the train on that and I waited there for hours that you may return to take it but you are not returned yet so I went. Then I searched for your phone and address but I am not able to find it. It was hard for me to find your address but later I reviewed your documents and found your address. So your documents are safe with me and you don’t have to worry about it. You can come and collect it at any time.

Thanking you

Yours faithfully
