Subject: Poor services provided by your agency
Sir:
Quite regrettably I am bringing to your notice the poor standard of services provided to you customers by your agency. Your company promises heaven but delivers hell in reality. I myself am the victim of your duping. I bought a trip for 50 students to Nainital for 10 days (from November 20, November 29, 2018) from your agency at the whopping cost. At the time of booking I was assured I would get 4 star lodging, boarding, and luxurious transport facilities. However, I was deeply aggrieved at the sub-standard and low quality of the facilities provided. Neither the hotels were 4 star, nor was the food up to the mark. As far as the transport facilities provided, the least said the better.
I appeal to you to stop duping your customers as it tarnishes the image of the local people. You are responsible for the inconvenience faced by all the tourists; not the local people of the places where you send your customers for travel. I have already complained against you to the central Tourism Ministry. I hope you will mend your ways to avoid being brought to justice.

Last week on 12/12/2019, I travel from Pune to Noida using your travel agency.
Usually, I will get good services from your staffs, but this time the service really makes me feel very sad.
I feel like vomiting, so I asked your staff to stop the bus for 5 minutes, they refused.
Refusing to stop the bus is not a big problem, but the way they treated me is really horrible.
Please take necessary action on your staffs to stop treating your valuable passengers like me.
Hope you will take action against them or warn them to stop making worst services like this.
