I am ABC, father of XYZ studying in VIII B. I am sorry that I was not able to attend the PTM meet held for my son last Saturday. I did want to come over, but there was an another program for me . Because of this, i had to go there.

Kindly let me know if there is any other alternative day when I can come and meet my son’s teachers to know about his progress? Or, is there any other alternate course of action that I can follow?

I am sorry once again for not being able to attend the PTM. I will definitely try to attend all the PTMs in future.
